Every brunch has the eggs it deserves!
Here are the two types that we include in our menus:

Scrambled
Pan-fried eggs, served with grilled smoked bacon and toasted bread.

Fried
The classic fried eggs, served with grilled bacon and toasted bread.

Our selva eggs

The selva egg is an organic egg produced in Valtellina, in the Bitto Valley, in a chestnut forest at 600 meters above sea level.

It is produced by hens free to scratch all day in the woods, who are offered a night shelter to protect them from predators and the cold of winter. With total respect for the animals, artificial lighting and forced moulting are not used.

Few people know that chickens originate in forests. This is why they are raised in a one-hectare chestnut forest where they are free to scratch around all day, with baths in the earth and sun thanks to which they can stay clean and healthy and have a rich and healthy diet.

To have an excellent egg, it is essential to feed the hens in an excellent way, without compromises: all the proteins and fruits that a chestnut undergrowth can offer, only grains, fruit and vegetables with organic certification and eggs that are not sold within the first 24 hours.

The wild egg is not packaged in “disposable” containers, thus avoiding throwing away two tons of cardboard a year and for deliveries, when possible, CO2 which is already in circulation is used.
